The length can be adjusted in the centre. After shaping you can add as much length as you like. Here, in grey, I’ve used 4 balls for the center + 2 for the shaping + 2 for the edge. You can also make it a bit more narrow, by doing less repeats. In this example there are 4 repeats on either side.
